Keeping them **Frozen** is the best way to deal with them. ## Slowing Waters Tips {% hint style="warning" %} Unlike other **Stage Debuffs**, lasts a full **30 seconds** and is reapplied every **30 seconds**. This means you will always be affected by the debuff unless you lower it's duration in some way. {% endhint %} If you use a talent when affected by **Slowing Waters**, it will have increased cooldowns. Even if you **cleanse** the debuff afterwards, the extended cooldown remains.
