Your character will be periodically inflicted with Slowing Waters, greatly increasing your skills' CD duration until the inflicted element is removed.
DMG dealt by all party members increased by 75%
character/DPS is highly recommended on Side 2 for the Abyss Heralds. Keeping them Frozen is the best way to deal with them.
Unlike other Stage Debuffs, lasts a full 30 seconds and is reapplied every 30 seconds. This means you will always be affected by the debuff unless you lower it's duration in some way.
If you use a talent when affected by Slowing Waters, it will have increased cooldowns. Even if you cleanse the debuff afterwards, the extended cooldown remains. If you are relying on a cleanse, make sure to wait until the element is fully removed before using any talents.
There is a small window right as you start a chamber before you are hit with the Slowing Waters debuff. If you immediately use a talent during this time, the cooldown will not be increased.
If possible, use characters that don't rely on skills as much like Ganyu or Klee, and avoid characters that do like Diluc or Childe.
Debuffs**Bennet, Jean, Xinyan can cleanse the Slowing Waters **debuff. However it will take multiple ticks to do so for each character.
Applyingto yourself can reduce the duration of as well by triggering Electrocharged. However, the only characters that do this (Razor, Beidou) can only apply it to themselves.

Monster Level - 88
The units that aggro the monolith change between each wave. Focus in this order:
The melee hoarders
The ranged hoarders
The crusher (hammer) hoarder, and the ranged hoarder next to him
The **pugilist **(no weapon) hoarder, and the ranged hoarder next to him
Hoarders do significant damage to the monolith, so keeping them off it is a priority.
Only the potioneers aggro the monolith. Group them together and keep them staggered.
Monster Level - 90
Focus the Hydrogunner first as he is able to heal allies. He spawns in the back, behind the other Fatui.

resonance reduces the duration of by 40%, reducing the debuff duration from **30s **to 18s. If you can, run two chars in your team and time your cooldowns so you use skills while not debuffed. You can also use Tiara of Torrents which has the same effect, but giving up a circlet slot is often not worth it. The two stack multiplicatively, so using both reduces the duration from **30s **to 10.8s.

characters work the best for keeping the **Cicin Mages **grouped and staggered. You can also use Freeze to prevent the Electro Cicin Mage from teleporting.
The Abyss Herald shield has 36U of strength. This means it takes anywhere between 18~36 applications of to break the shield, depending on how strong the ability is at applying the element. are half as effective, requiring 36~72 applications.
is the best way to deal with the Abyss Herald shield, as it applies Frozen. Multiple characters are recommended due to Slowing Waters. can also be effective.
Try to group the Abyss Heralds together after they shield and keep them Frozen with and continue damaging both shields.
Try using Chongyun with Tiara of Torrents. This reduces the duration of Slowing Waters on him, allowing you to have better uptime on his Elemental Skill which infuses attacks with, giving you a consistent source of applying it. Note that it is better to use a non-claymore user in his field so that you don't Shatter.
