General Tips
The combination of the recent Elemental Mastery scaling buff for Swirl and the divergence makes **Swirl **damage incredibly good for this floor. It is possible to completely rely on Swirl damage alone for damage.
Swirl damage scales with character level and Elemental Mastery. 4pc Viridescent Venerer also provides bonus Swirl damage.

Avoid standing close to the monolith. The Hilichurl Bomber attacks have a wide AoE and can cause damage to the monolith. This is why it is best to clear them out first before dealing with the shield hilichurls.

If you can kill the Ruin Hunter quickly, you should not need to bring a bow character to stun it.
Stand in the middle when the chamber starts and let the two enemies start to walk to you. The hunter will fly a bit faster so you can walk toward the guard after the hunter starts moving.
The second side is much harder, so try to aim for a clear under 1 minute to leave more time on the other side.
