Tips and Mechanics

Weak Point - Face

Their fast attacks and gap closing attack make them particularly deadly. Try to focus them down before they Enhance, or otherwise wait until they're exhausted if you are using melee characters. Shields can also help mitigate their staggering attacks.

Enhanced State

When HP drops below 70%, Eremite elites will enter an Enhanced State which increases their damage and augments some of their attacks.

This buff lasts 20 seconds, and when the buff ends, they will be momentarily stunned have have reduced resistance matching their element. An icon will flash above their head as the buff ends.

While Enhanced, will follow up with a Cross Cut at the end of the combo.

Charged Combo (Enhanced Only)

When stunned, Eremite Clearwaters get -60%RES.

Like other humanoid enemies, you can CC them withskills, making them much easier to deal with.

Be careful on floors where they are paired with aenemies as they can freeze you and leave you open to attacks.
